Help htc

hi all im a little new to this.i have being trying to det up my htcsense but im not having any luck.when it asked me to verify my email it just keep saying invalid user name whats that all about.if you can help[ please contact me my phone is the htc desire hd many thanks.

so you can log into HTCsense.com? is it just the phone thats having trouble or is it your pc TOO?

There's a thread kicking about which contains a response directly from HTC which basically says htcsense.com is broken, completely at the moment and they're working to resolve.

If you want I can dig it out for you.

BTW, that's the same message I get when I set up my account.
