An HTML viewer is a web browser, so your question doesn't make too much sense.

Is it possible for someone to see your text messages? Yes - but that has nothing to do with an HTML viewer.

You have to have a HTML app (like MightyText or MySMS) installed on your phone for anyone to view your text messages via a web browser on any computer.
