hi i keep getting a pop up on my phone about hot popular game play for free now i can't click on more when i hold my finger on the pop up because it pops up with the app wasn't found in the list of installed apps. Can anyone help me please thanks

sounds like you have adware on your phone. adware usually will sneak in via a recent app install. i would uninstall your most recent apps one by one until you find the culprit. when you uninstall i would first wipe cache and data for the app and then uninstall it. sometimes adware can be hidden within the app data or in cache. i would keep doing this until your issue goes away.
