Help Huawei Ascend is not sending MMS.

I've been having my android for 8 months, it recently started not sending pictures. I know that at times in order to receive a picture msg you have to turn off the Wifi but in this situation ive tried that and didnt work. Any tips!?

try to get more signal, possibly walking outside?
