I have a brand new, almost two week old Huawei Ascend P7. It worked wonderfully when I got it, both on mobile data, and on wifie. Since about two days ago I noticed that it wouldn't download anything. Not a file from the net, not an app from Google Play. When downloading files it remains in the queue forever changing from "in progress" to "queued" and back and forth. In Google Play its forever "waiting for network". Today I tried to connect to wifi, which it also refuses to do, hanging forever at "Obtaining IP address".
My data is on, my whatsapp, facebook and internet works fine. I am even posting this from my phone. I can search for and find apps on Playstore. I simply cant download anything and cant connect to wifi.
I've tried clearing cache, rebooting, checked all my settings (airplane mode is off, data limit still has plenty to spare, data bundle still sufficient).
The last time I downloaded succesfully was over wifi on Friday (4 days ago). Some apps were mid-download when I lost signal. The apps I'm trying to install now are completely different though.
Any advice to fix my problem?
