huawei ascend possible battery issue

i have a huawei ascend and its less than a year old. i have had to do a factory reset one cause the battery gets warm even if im not using it and i have to keep charging it about every 3 hours. any ideas.
 
I'm having the same problem, and I couldn't find the subforum you mean, although I tried to follow the link you gave and searched there. Please advise.
 
There are several sub-sections for various Ascend-branded handsets, as well as the catch-all one linked to above. Let us know which Ascend model you have and we'll (hopefully) get you help. :)
