Help Huawei G300 Ascend ICS not connecting to network?

Got the phone a few weeks ago, was working great. Saw they had released an update on their site earlier today. Downloaded and updated my phone. It's now running 4.0.3. Problem is it won't send/receive texts/calls. I have signal according to the signal bars and it says I'm connected to the network but it just won't work...

Any help is appreciated.

Ok, I factory reset and it works fine on ICS now. I think the language was set to English (US) instead of English (Ireland) but I don't know if that would do anything.

I have the exact same issue, I upgraded mine to ics and now I can't receive/make calls, texts or connect to the internet outside of using wifi. Again I have coverage, just can't do anything with it.

Has anyone heard of this problem?
