Hello There..
My Huawei Ideos X5 Screen Touch Itslef..
i buy a huawei ideos x5 a days ago, first time everything looks fine,, but after 2 hours the screen look weird and touch it self on the right of the phone and dont allow me to use my phone .. and after a minutes it come back to normal
but also after a minutes do the same thing...


how i can fix it? do i need a new screen ? or its a virus or something wrong in the software?

help me please..

Have you tried just turning it off, taking out the battery and putting it back in, then rebooting the device? Sometimes this can solve minor issues...

If these issues persist you might want to tell the retailer you bought it from.

i tried factory reset 15 times and nothing's changed.. removing the battery for 1 hour and nothing changed.. i dont know.. then i tried a paint app to mark where it touching.. and here it is the result. ( the white points ):

Sounds to me like some kind of hardware issue, you may want to go talk to the person or company who sold you the device and get a new one as it sounds like something is causing a permanent press on those parts of the screen.

umm okay i'll do that. but i dont like to go and fix a new phone that could make it worst than now.. anyway i'll ask the vendor.
and i knew more now that when i touch that side of the phone it makes more marks.. so maybe its not a software or virus .. almost screen problem.
anyway thanks.. and this is my first time on this forum then i found it great :D
because i develop mobiles and windows applications.. maybe i can help some people to get to know more of all what i know..
