If you're referring to the circuit schematics for the boards internal to the device, I think you'll find accurate versions of those very difficult to obtain, as they are likely protected by copyrights and patents.
Could you be referring to the general layout of the device, as far as its component layout? In that case, I'm thinking that the "services" area at the Huawei website may be a good start:
