I was trying to root my huawei p9 with twrp and supersu and in the process ended in a bootloop. I have a micro sd card and twrp on my phone but unsure how to restore it. Can you please help, what files do i need to put on my micro sd card? Once i have them what do I do? Thank you so much.

Did you run a backup in TWRP prior to the bootloop? If so, then you can boot into TWRP now and run a restore. The path to the TWRP backups can vary but most typically, it's located at sdcard/twrp/backups/name_of_your_backup_directory/name_of_your_backup (which typically includes the date it was made).
