Huawei P9lite update

[Jordan Delia]

Hi all, I am asking please to check why my phone is not finding the new android update (nougat) emui 5.

My brother has the same phone and updated automatically. I tried to connect the phone with hisuite but still is not finding the new update.

Any help please, I would like to update to the new android.

Thanks

Are you on the same network? Different networks will release the update at different times. Even if you are on the same network, they generally release the update in batches based on your IMEI number so you might just have to weight a little longer.
