this is a behold 2 forum. please lets try to stay on topic. i'm not trying to be rude, i know why you posted it...i get it...but this is not the place for it.

No it's not, but if everyone wants to cluter up the form with off topic stuff, I guess go right ahead. Conversation over.
 
How is this not related to the Behold 2? He was simply providing a link showing that a different Samsung phone is getting the 2.1 update, and that it's frustrating because that phone is worst than the Behold 2, clearly indicating that there was no good reason for Samsung to state that the Behold 2 is unable to receive 2.1.

Sure most of us regulars already knew this, but to say that this isn't the proper forum for this type of thread is incorrect. That's all.

Please put the cursor positioning aid in the 2.1 build...... it is a lifesaver.

Ok not a lifesaver....... ps since your doing candy names on your ROMs how about lifesaver if you get 2.1 running......... it has that double meaning lol.

Ok I can see your point...it's just that the pulse is NOT a samsung phone is all, but the point that it's under powered compared to the b2 but still runs 2.1 is a good one

It is not a Samsung product so I fail to see the relevance in posting this. besides the fact that is already posted on the phandroid homepage where it can be commented on there.

Are we going to post a topic for every underwhelming phone that happens to get 2.1?
 
Nothing in the system will work.

Though I do agree, we don't need 100's of thread regarding 2.1
 
A) I didn't know the story made it to the phandroid homepage ( must one always check that homepage first lest you get jumped on ? Gee, I hope we're more civil than that ).

B) Yes, I was venting a little. Sorry to have caused such a disturbance in the "force".

C) Sorry to hear none of the contents of the ROM image is of any use, but then again, I didn't expect it to be.

D) Of what little relevance is it to say that while other manufacturers ARE providing upgrades paths for their handsets, even when they're underpowered by comparison to the Behold II ? Perhaps in the end not necessary for posting here, but then again, not everyone is everywhere as some others are. If people happen upon this, read it, and are called to some further action. All the better, I say.

That being said, "Move along folks. Nothing to see here."
