Help Huawei Smartphone in Dock dont ring?!

Hi
I use a "Dock" who the Company are claim the are only for Tablets. Everything works on my Huawei P30 Pro beside the major think... I dont get any calls?! Every call goes strait to the Mailbox even there is Reception. SMS works perfectly. I have NO CLUE what the hell is going on.

Is there a model number for the Dock?

Did it ring in the past using the Dock?

Does the phone ring when using a plug in charger?

Have you rebooted your phone?

Your phone is about 5 years old, have you done a factory reset?

No and the Dock is brand New from the Company

Yes also with other Docks.

I guess. I will try.

NO! I dont want loose all Data and so on.

I don't understand German, but that's not Dock that I know. It's from some third-party.

I've have and use the official Huawei MateDock no problems with my Huawei phone. Which has HDMI video out, USB ports and charging when used with Huawei phones.

I've have and use the official Huawei MateDock no problems with my Huawei phone.

I used a "Laptop" Dock from the Company before for demo Reasons and back than it worked to. I dont understand why the Phone ignore all calls.

At this point you should contact Delock. Maybe they have a solution.

I also noted the Dock said System Requirements

• Android 11.0 or above

Your phone is upgradeable to Android 10. Don't know what différance that would make.

It say EMUI 12 I dont know what Android Version that correspond.
