Hi. just bought the above smart phone understanding it is at the lower end of market but it suits my needs. However the notification ringtone keeps occassionaly going off and my balance drops a few cents and i haven't been actively using the phone. I've turned off wifi and blue tooth and the GPS and the use wireless networks. and still the ballance changes. What am I missing? Do I need to close all apps. If so how?Thanks from a newbie
