Please help! My phone was on my desk and suddenly it vibrated. I went to see what it is and it seemed to be closed. I opened it and a screen appeared Firmware update failed. Step 1/2. And it doesn't respond to any command, not even the power off button. What has happened? I never tried to update its Firmware, I never tried to root it.
EDIT: I have connected the phone to the PC and it began to charge the battery. All seems normal now. But I still cannot understand why it had load the Firmware update screen...
