Huawei U8500 keystroke problem

Hi Im new here.
I have this phone, given by my brother, just 2 weeks ago (COMPLETELY OK) . I have the problem with keypad, at first everythings work fine, few days later the letter e need to be press more pressure compare to other key then later it doesnt work completely. Then just 2 days ago i'd notice the letter t start to do the same.
Im worried it wont work later on!

here how my phone is: after given to me we format it to delete many files which is already inside. history is that it was unused for few days(almost a month). This phone is already been used before me but i know it was carefully used since it is good as new when it was handed to me. And last thing i dont have yet a micro sd inserted to it.

I would thanks anyone who read and Im hoping someone would gave me advice how to solve my issue im really am looking forward. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

Welcome to Android Forums senatin
When you say "keypad" you are referring to the touch keypad-this is a touchscreen phone yes? Huawei u8500.
If this is the case the digitizer may be becoming defective-not sure if possible but sometimes a replacement part can be found on eBay and similar sites.

thank you for ur reply but just yesterday my keypad letter "e" has come back alive, i mean it back working again. yah its touch screen but i'm referring to the button built-in not in screen.
I think the reason it happen to do strange it might be the cause of temperature seens it's from italy and brought here in philippines. I think I'll have to wait for my letter "t" to comeback. thx

Um what's with all the threads about devices that are nothing like the ascend on here?

It is possible you have gotten a bit of dust or dirt under the keypad...

First try this, get an alcohol wipe and clean the pad, then blow it with compressed air (dust-off or similar ) from At LEAST two inches away.

If that doesn't work obtain a mini torx set (Google) and remove the keypad and clean the underside of the buttons and the components underneath in the fashion mentioned above.
