Help Huawei U8651T, touchscreen not working after factory reset

Just Factory reset my unit, all goes well. after a reboot, touchscreen ceased to function ?????
any help for this guys? thank you

You may have to resort to this button combo method of reseting the device:
Hard Reset Recovery Mode Menu Factory External Key-Combo T-Mobile Huawei Prism Astro U8651 - YouTube
But first try a live battery pull: remove it with the device turned on, wait a minute or two, then put it back in and try a normal boot up.
