Huawei wifi not working

Good evening,

In a friend's Huawei G510 100, the wifi stopped working- from day to night
Not even one network appears - and the wifi switch turns off after a few seconds of attempting to detect something.

We already tryed an hard reset, and the reset to the factory settings, whiping data also - no luck though...

Any suggestions, please?

This migt have been caused by rom bugs. I also had the same problems but I fixed them. DO the following to fix this and many other problems.
1. go to huawei download page( just search for Huawei download page)
2. search for Huawei G510 100 firmware
3. download it and open the zip
4. In the zip, there is a pdf which contains the combination keys for geting into the firmware update menu.
5. format your sd card and put in the dload folder from the downloaded zip.
6. Press the combination keys. YOU can also search for how to get to firmware update menu of your phone or any.
THIS CAN HELP YOU. Inform me of your progress. Al the best. AFter the update is finished your phone will automatically boot. It might take a little longer since your phone is as good as new.
