Help hudl 2 power itself off

When not on charge my hudl randomly powers off after 2 minutes

Does it turn back on or do you need to plug it in to get it to power back up?

When I turn it back on its at 99% but when I plug it in it works but that 1% last about 20 minutes

Minimal experience of the Hudl 2, but whenever a device turns itself off for no reason, it's never a particularly good sign.

Have you installed/updated anything recently? You could uninstall that, see if it resolves the issue. Maybe try a factory reset.

You'll probably need to give Tesco a call and look into a warranty replacement though, sorry.

Thanks for the info my warranty is not over so I will backup the hudl I got now and replace it

What did Tesco say about your power down issue? I'm getting the same problem.

I'd guess, to return it and they replace it under warranty, assuming it's under a year old. More than a year old, you'll be buying a new tablet.
