HUDL deletes emails automatically

[Android Question]

Have new HUDL bought at Christmas time. Have successfully set up email account (Virgin Media: ntlworld address using home wifi.

Emails come in to inbox but spontaneously delete after reading or clicking load more messages.

Have uninstalled email account and set it up again but same thing happens. The deleted emails are not in the trashcan or deleted box.

Any thoughts??

Is the account set up as IMAP or POP3?

Which email app are you using?
