Help Huge percent drop on reboot

Yep it'll do that.

When it reboots, that's one of the most battery consuming things that it'll do. That's why people like stable roms (most of the time) so it won
 
This just happened to me yesterday. Rebooted the phone and the battery dropped to 14% from 40%. I'm guessing its because the battery isn't calibrated which is strange because I've been running Harmonia for a while now.
