Root Huge Problem

Guys, I have a samsung galaxy s and I'm trying to root my phone to erase some things that camed with it. The prblem is that I need to go to internal memory and paste a file but I can't open internal memory even checking debut usb. I dont know how to solve this problem.

Can somebody help me?

You either need root explorer, or learn to use adb shell.
