Help Huge Stratosphere Issue. HELP!!

see my post in the post about whos gotten the stratosphere. don't want to make it look like im flooding the forums. im just super annoyed. i love physical keyboards, but have NEVER had a problem like this with my thunderbolt or ANY other smartphone for that matter.

I've had weird non-responsive screen issues with my original Droid when trying to use it while it was plugged in to the charger. Or maybe it was with my Thunderbolt when I first got it, I can't remember which. As soon as I unplugged it from the charger, it was fine.
