hello everyone,my name is nimy and am from Kenya.I am 20 years old and work in a traveling agent.Ma dad bought me the ideos phone(google) am not familiar with that phone and when i try to google it tells me no connection available.How do i get a wireless connection in ma ideos phone?

Is there cellular service attached to the phone or do you just have the hardware. If you have a cell plan, do you have bars, if you have bars are you sure you have a data package. Was this a refurbished or used phone. Does any application that requires data work?
