Help Hydro is terribly slow, won't download 3g

My Kyocera Hydro (Cricket) phone is terribly slow. Once my 2gb'svof high speed internet used up, it takes forever for my internet to load. Can't download anything in 3g, keeps saying download unsuccessful. Seems that wherever I go, I only get 2 bars signal strength. Just bought this phone, maybe I am expecting too much? had a ZTE. Score, which was great compared to this. But they downgraded the Score from a smartphone, to basic. I saw posts about a system tuner, but I'm not that savvy. Anyone got any simple tips and instructions on how to speed this phone up?

Given you do the following without it will speed up your phone.Dont attempt anything else besides forementioned otherwise you will bootloop your phone with no way to recover

1)Download BusyBox and install

2)Download Pimp My Rom and activate int scripts.Leave everything else alone

3)Download Script Manager

4)Download SuperCharger V6

5)Download 3G TurboCharger

6)Open Script Manager find SuperCharger V6 give it root per by ticking the skull and run

7)During the insallation of V6 unless you actually know what your dont set nothing to run on boot otherwise you loop your phone by running the wrong script

8)Find V6.sh that was just created and open agaian with script manager.Given both root and boot per

9)Open Script Manager again and find 3G TurboCharger.Select any number you want but simultaneously keep in mind higher equates more batt drain

10)Open script and 3G Turbo give both root and boot per

11)Reboot

12)Congrats
