Help Hyper Text Links Don't Work

Hello,
I have done searches throughout Samsung Support and FA Qs. I understand the difections completely and have tried numerous times yet I am still unable to Copy & Paste Text or links. I can highlight the text I want. The two tabs come up I can use to manipulate the text. Yet I do not get the Copy to come up. I tap again and my selected text loses the highlight. I have tried it every which way. Could someone please help?

Also I cannot get any Hypertext links or URLs to click. Those links that are blue in the text. Ssying " Click Here " for example. I do not understand. This must be an issue with this particular phone right ?

Could someone please advise me ?

You should see something like this. Just tap the picture with the scissors to cut or tap the icon that looks like two pieces of paper stacked to copy

Go to settings in messages , then safe mode and check on {Allow access to all links}
