Hyperion battery installed: Case ?

installed the Hyperion battery yestrday...very different feel, but think i'll like it...

Now i find the phone is still slick like an ice cube at times, and wondering what others' have done for cases?

IF this battery does not perform at LEAST 1 full day, heavy use, i'm considering other options...
