When I first bought my android phone last month, there was a black music player at the top of the home screen. http://s24.postimg.org/9ygivqy39/musicplayer.jpg
When I was rearranging the apps on the home screen, I accidentally deleted the black music player. Now it doesn't appear on the Apps menu. Is there a way to get it back?

There is no way to delete stock files/apk's unless your rooted. And if your are rooted and deleted the app,Then you sol,Without a rooted backup.Or you can get it from someone and try to sideload it.
But don't you fret,You can use any music player on the play store.
I use this on and even bought the unlocker: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maxmpz.audioplayer&hl=en
And here is VLC too(I use VLC for video,But it plays audio too): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.videolan.vlc.betav7neon&hl=en

If the widget is not accessible from the app drawer, long-press an empty spot on one of your homescreens, and see if you get a pop-up. If so, "Widgets" will be one of the choices.
