Help I am havin trouble loading android for the first time

I followed the instructions for loading android to the Tee and everything went perfect I have Magldr working and CwM RECOVERY working the rom install fine but when it loads up i always get stuck at the HTC or what ever screen the rom comes with I thought it was the rom i was using but it does it with every rom can someone please help

That is bizarre. Usually when I get stuck like that it means that I flashed a zip file through recovery that wasn't signed (or was severely broken). I own an Evo but it should be pretty much the same.

How long are you waiting before you declare it a failure? The first time that a ROM loads up it might take a good 10 or 15 minutes before it starts up. I loaded the prj Clean Desire ROM on a buddy's HD2 and even normal restarts seem to take like 10 minutes. Is it possible that you're just not waiting long enough to allow it to fully boot up?

Also, how are you installing ROMs? Are you flashing through recovery or just booting up into the tri-color screen and then running an RUU?
