Help I am stuck in a Boot Loop

Yesterday my phone was working perfectly fine, I turned it off when I went to sleep. I woke up this morning and I went to start it, but it gets stuck on the "Motorola a Google company" screen and I have tried to do a factory reset, but it never runs it all the way through. Anyone have any ideas on what I could do?

Did you ...

With Maxx powered off
Press Volume Down and Power for 2-3 seconds and release

Display -- AP Fastboot Flash Mode
Press Volume Down to select Recovery
Press Volume Up to select

Display -- Motorola logo and then Exclamation mark logo
Press Volume Up for 10-15 seconds
While still holding Volume Up press Power and release both

Display -- Android System Recovery
Press Volume Down to select wipe data/factory reset
Press Power to select

Yes, I did try that to no avail, before the reset finishes it just stops and nothing happens.

They couldn't fix it, so all I had to do was get a replacement phone sent to me and send them the broken one back.
