I built an app for anxiety (Pacifica)

Hey everyone,

I’m Chris, anxiety sufferer out here in San Francisco. I have dealt with anxiety most of my life, and for me, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy was the way out of the woods.

Pacifica is an iOS/Android app I built for anxiety (in consultation with a Postdoctoral Fellow in Psychiatry at the Stanford School of Medicine). It consists of daily activities rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, wellness, and relaxation techniques.

It's our first week. Discussion/feedback greatly appreciated.

You can download the Android app at:

Maan I wish you had mentioned the IAP in your app. I like the breathing part but am not willing to pay to try the rest, sorry

Noticing a slight bug. Swiping between pages, in the Health section for example is a bit hit and miss
EDIT just realised you have to swipe the actual text :thumbsupdroid:

Hi mate. I think I'm not supposed to recommend Google Plus (G+) on here but if you join there I'm sure you'll find "communities" full of like minded people and possibly even develop strong friendships.
Good luck

I just had a quick search and there's a community called Anxiety Support with 2500 members and I'm sure there are many smaller ones
