Help I can not hard reset my ORBO Android tablet

Ive read a lot about this problem. It seems a bug in th OS changes partition size and as a security measure triggers the message you are getting.
The solution is to do a hard reset which means you will lose all of your data. Some models but not all offer a hard reset option. Have you tried to hard reset it by holding volume up and power buttons until it starts up?

Heres an alternative method if the above doesnt work
with device off
push power turn on as normal
Once you see the infotmic logo press and hold power and menu
When you see white text On the screen release power and menu
You will see a message the says something along the lines of "to boot in recovery press the require keys"
Press power and menu again and it will reflash the most recent manufacturer update you downloaded.
