I cannot setup e-mail

I cannot setup e-mail on my Samsung Ace 3 S7275R phone. I have put the correct Information. My e-mail works on my pc.

It happens to me as well but on my zte phone.

Settings for mobile email are sometimes different from the settings for home email on a PC. Also, different email clients sometimes use different setups. You can't just assume what works for A will work for B. Check with your service provider for correct settings. Sometimes they may not know what the correct setup is and you'll just have to experiment.
