i have a Samsung galaxy ace and it keep coming up when i'm trying to access home..etc.it says the application Samsung home has stopped unexpectedly.i cant access any thing how do i put a stop to this?

Note that "factory reset" will revert your phone to the new, out-of-box condition (less any OS updates). Be sure to backup what you can first.
Another (less drastic) option is to try the "wipe cache partition" option, then reboot. It may not work, but it won't harm anything either. GL!
