Help I cant click on the install button and i dont have a screen filter

Hi guys! I have been downloading apps for a long time but all of a sudden,I can't click on the install button. The cancel button works fine. I have been going through many threads and many people suggest to turn off screen filters but I don't have any filters on. Any kind of help is appreciated. Thanks!

Try going to settings, applications, ALL, find play store and clear data.
You'll have to log back into playstore but don't worry.
