I cant even get my msl

Although I am not familiar with your device, don't you need to be rooted to obtain the msl for your device?
Or sometimes, calling the carrier and sweet talking them into giving you the msl number sometimes works.....depends on who you talk to at your carrier.
I can do some research to find out how to obtain the msl number for ya.
I'm at work now but will be off later this evening to dedicate more time in my search

but it looks to be for gingerbread only
