Help I can't find it.....

So, I called VZW the other day regarding an issue I was having with my Razr. when you first call they ask if you would like them to remotely access your phone to troubleshoot any issues!!!! I definitely don't like them being able to access my phone that way, sounds like invasion of privacy to me. Does anyone know if you can "freeze" anything to prevent this?

I have done searches and can't even find anyone talking about this. I would figure this to be a big issue in this community.....Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Typically a carrier cannot access the phone (legally) without your approval. So unless they've snuck something into their T's & C'd that I'm not aware of, all you need to do to legally block them is to say no.
