I cant install or uninstall any APPs

He i have a problem on my phone 1 day i used TITANIUM BACK to backup my files then i accidentally press uninstall on com.android.packinstaller and i don't have any backup on that file. now i cant install ant APK file and i cant uninstall apps on my setting BTW when i press install it just crash and go to main screen nothing happen at all. But i can install games from play store. the main problem is i can't install APK file and i cant uninstall apps all i go to remove all my apps is to reset my phone

My Question is where can i get a replacement for the com.android.packinstaller that i uninstall and how to put it on my android phone !

Please do help me i have this problem like a month now :)

Welcome to Android Forums. If you tell us the root-ed phone you are using and the carrier you connect to we can move your question to the appropriate forum.

Hi there tom thank you for welcoming me. am sorry what do you mean root-ed.. my phone is rooted .. my phone is O+ plus 8.5 ICS. Ohh sorry is am not is the right forum am very very sorry am new here ^^,

Since you were using Titanium Backup I ASSUMED you were root-ed. Are you attempting to use Titanium Backup on an un-root-ed phone?

No my phone is allready rooted. My problem is I uninstall the com.android.packageinstaller I don't have any backup so I can't restore it. Btw if I don't have this com.android.packageinstaller I can't install any APK files I really need this pls help.
