So I got a Samsung J5 and on Wednesday I went to a concert. Everything was right and I took many phitos and videos and until the next day that I was watching them, i noticed there was an image with an error and a video too. I was willing to delete them but everytime I do that they reappear. I also have 8 GB of internal storage and an external SD of 8 GB too, so I am constantly moving my images or files to the external SD so I do not make the internal one full but now I can't, not even doing it by computer, like for example I try to move my files from internal to SD and it tells me there is an error, and also doing that by pc . I think it has to do with those error files. What can I do? Thanks
