Help I Cant Press the 'Install' button

I allowed for the installation of outside apps which worked fine until it was time to install Prime Instant Video from Amazon. The package downloads, then the popup for permissions comes up, full screen for some reason, and at the very bottom are two buttons: cancel and install. Install does not respond at all, but cancel does. This happened on another app as well. Could there be a problem with that part of the screen?

When I had a screen dimmer app installed I had the same problem installing 3rd party apps. Disabled it & I was good to go.
I heard juice defender can cause the same issue. If it still doesn't work plz post a list of your user installed apps.

I disabled the "Blackout" screen-dimming app and it worked fine.
