I can't programming application android

I can't programming application android because I can't debug my program, I programming my application with eclipse, I push F11 begin the debug, push F6 step over and can't follow the debug, show source not found I don't know ,why don't run?
I've try netbeans with netbeans run debug but I don't like because have
