Apps i cant run my first "hello world " program in emulator

I'm doing my final year project now.I'm new to develop android applications.

my first program "hello world" is not running in emulator.
i am using eclipse and i installed all the plugins.
when i run configurations,i am getting the console

and nothing happens then..emulator shows only blank white screen.help me to fix this problem
