I cant type in a dropdown field

[Android Question]

samsung galaxy tab 2, 7.0

Hi, the page loads OK, the dropdown fields load OK, I can open the dropdown list, BUT I CAN NOT TYPE inside the dropdown to quickly select an ITEM, the list has around 1000 items.

( note : in the desktop this web page works fine using Internet explorer or Google Chrome).

Bad design on the part of the web designer. See if they have a mobile page, or contact the owner or webmaster and let them know that they're keeping customers with cellphones from using their site.
