Root I could use some help, please.

So, I'm currently running Reppard's CM7 rom.
I've been testing different ways to prevent the freeze/reboot issue.
Iv'e noticed though that while I didn't have "Gapps" it didn't reboot.
But then I flashed gapps and it rebooted three times in like an hour.
I decided to re-flash cm7 without gapps and so far the phone has made a day.
...without the reboot. Of course I haven't used wi-fi today, that might make a difference.
If anyone would like to help me, they could also test this or other possible fixes.

Oh since i don't have market, I'd like to know if there is a stable swype app for the cm7 rom. I hated it, but i got used to it really fast. lol. Also if anyone could get me the apk for Ivory Tower. It's a free midi app, found only on the market. I was planning on testing apps that used midi over wifi, such as the dsmi apps on the iOS platform.

If you could do any of these, it would be greatly appreciated.

Like you mean the web browser on the phone? I'm sure it would still need to run through Market, which I don not have installed. I found Swype beta through their site though, but I can't find Ivory Tower anywhere other than the Market.

Yes through the web browser. It does not run through the app. You are asked to sign into your gmail account through your web browser and then you are set to download. Alternatively you could download them through the market website and transfer the .apk files from your computer to your phone in mass storage mode.

Oh, Thanks. Well I'll look more into that. But as of tomorrow morning, the phone will have been running with out any reboots (well, I turn it off during school, lol) for 3 days.
Which is great, and substantial enough to assume that something vending/talk/google apps were causing the reboot issue. I may post something about this. If it helped me, I'm sure it can help someone else.
