Help I crashed Sync, muahaaha! ok, help.

I don't know how i did it, but i think i've crashed Accounts & Sync on my HTC Explorer (Pico) .. lol! It doesn't update email or facebook contacts, or anything! Any ideas?
Think a factory reset will fix it?

Android Settings -> Accounts & Sync
1. Ensure that Background Data is “checked”
2. Ensure that Auto-sync is “checked”
