Apps i deleted androidMainfest.xml hepl please

sorry if my E isnt good

i was work with creating an app but i didnt knowed i delete the Androidmainfest.xml file im my app package.......it say its missing

is there anyway to back it.......i mean restore it.............or must i re-create the app packages and it files from first ..........etc

If its not too late and you closed Eclipse, I think you could press Ctrl + Z to undo..

Hope its not too late or i don't know what to do.
