I deleted everything on my htc...

I deleted everything on my htc desire soo I can't reboot or recover on my phone. Now when I start the phone its just going to FASTBOOT with BOOTLOADER, REBOOT, REBOOT BOOTOADER and POWER DOWN. Please help me!
