Root I did something wrong :( After I install CM MOD

For some reason some text in init.rc got deleted and now when I plug in the charger... it just goes into a boot loop (when it's off). Help! I'm trying to replace the init.rc back in /root folder but it keeps reverting back.

What's the easiest way of fixing this? I'm looking at editting the boot made from back up TWRP and flash it back?

You can get into recovery? Why not restore your backup? You did do a backup right?

It's not a big deal, it's just when the charger is plug in it goes into a boot loop. If I boot it up it still works =), I'm still trying to get it so it skips that battery charging animation
