Help i don't get it

Why won't this code work ? *#*#4636#*#* nothing happens when i type that into my phones dialer.I'm on android 4.1.2(JellyBean) i did use the russian stuff to get to that version maybe that has something todo with it

I'm not sure what all you wanted that code to do for you but in searching for it I came up with this.

I am using an ICS rom right now. When I did it it gave me info on my battery, but that was it.

That menu should give you allot more look here no idea why it doesn't work on my phone though.
