I don't get this emulator thing...

Using an Atrix. Trying to get SNESoid to load ANYTHING.

I have a folder full of roms on the microSD card. I've read several places that the process is essentially to do just that, then just open SNESoid, hit the SD Card button, and then just load whatever rom you want. I have unzipped any/all roms. I have both file extension .7z and .smc

What happens is that I launch SNESoid, and the address bar (or whatever you want to call it) says /sdcard so I'm assuming it's in that directory... however, it basically lists all the folders I have on my droid (i.e. Aloqa/, Andoop/, Android/, Backups/, etc.) there is another folder farther down the list called sdcard/. when I click it, address bar says /sdcard/sdcard. under that it says CatStudio/ but there is nothing listed in the directory. I don't get it... what am I doing wrong? I'm pretty new to this android thing... I have used emulators on the computer, so I'm at least a LITTLE familiar with the process...

Thanks!

Might have to do with the placement of the folder. Try and create a folder in the maim directory on your sd card. Then when you go in and search should be a path like sdcard/ roms for example. The trick is finding them. There is another one out there that just lets you scan for them. Let me know if this helps.

Go into your file explorer and move your roms to a folder that is not in any other folders. Name it 'roms' or something like that. So that when you open the emulator, the ROMs should be in a folder called /sdcard/roms
